On the southern shore of the river Ljusnan is the Smithy Museum. Here you can see locally produces fire fighting tools as well as an ore smasher from the 19th century. There is also an operational smithy which is open during some days of summer.

The disposition of the floor space is the same in every cottage, featuring a small kitchenette and a larger room with beds and a dining table.
